Our services
Opportunities for every child to excel in Maths
I fully understand that there is no one size fits all solution for teaching children Maths. That’s why I offer a variety of ways to teach. Then you can pick the best fit for your child, your circumstances and your budget.
Online National 5 course
Focusing on National 5 Maths, my online tuition groups cover all aspects of the course through small group online tutoring, homework and feedback. During the course, I’m available to answer any questions and will do my utmost to support your child to achieve their National 5 qualification.
In person sessions in Troon
My in person sessions at the Meadowgreen Centre in Troon are perfect for those children that would like to have a Maths tutor but don’t want it to be one-on-one. These sessions are suitable for any students studying Maths on the Scottish curriculum from S1 up to National 5. These have been so popular I’ve opened up some more slots. Contact me on leanne@mathsteachermum.com for more information.
Tutoring for home learners or home educators
I love working with kids who learn in all different ways. If you’re looking for a tutor for your child or children, or perhaps there’s a small group of you, I’d love to chat to you about tutoring Maths. I have availability to teach during the day on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday. You would also be most welcome to attend my in person group sessions in Troon or join my National 5 online course.
Private tutoring
For some children, they simply need that one to one attention to help them feel comfortable to learn Maths confidently. I have a limited number of private tutoring sessions available. If you are interested in private tutoring, please get in contact with me to chat about it.
A safe and supportive space for your child to thrive.
However you wish to use my services, you can rest assured that I will do my utmost to support your child on their learning journey. Having worked with children from all backgrounds and stages as a teacher and tutor, I understand how best to approach each child as an individual to assess their needs and their learning style. It would be a privilege to be a part of your child’s Maths journey.
